All products are made to order. Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Minor color differences due to screen display

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method.
